The subsidiary aims to establish a multi-business operational structure to promote high quality and timely services, conduct marketing development, look for possible cooperation with U.S. companies, collect new research data to make improvement in the area of international travel services and cultural exchange services and related products and materials. The company will also provide high quality consultation when providing services, utilizing Parent Compan's experiences in business of international travel services and cultural exchange services, consulting services, and provide various supporting services.

The Parent Company, Beijing Sihaizhilv International Travel Service Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Sihaizhilv).

“Sihaizhilv” means “four oceans travel”, symbolizing our global traveling services across the four oceans: the Pacific, the Atlantic, the Indian, and the Arctic.
